Jane H. Sauls, CCIM
Jane brings fresh energy to the self-storage brokerage industry. She enjoys connecting buyers and sellers by helping them complete real estate transactions promptly to provide top-notch service to her clients. Since 2006, Jane has been engaged in site selection, rezoning and development, feasibility studies and business plans, all aspects of construction and project management, lease up and exit strategies.
As co-owner of Sauls Storage Group, Jane has “real boots on the ground” operational experience, giving her a unique perspective as she helps both new investors, as well as single and multi-story owners maximize their revenues and their return on investment.
Before entering the brokerage field, Jane was the financial controller for asset portfolios valued at over $35M for industries that include self-storage, retail sales, call centers, timber companies and real estate development.
Jane attended the University of Georgia in Athens, GA, and holds a BA in Accounting from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, GA. She holds her broker’s license in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, North Carolina, & South Carolina, and is the President for the Georgia Self Storage Association (GASSA).
Luke Sauls
Luke helps owners and investors reach their self-storage goals. Luke is a commercial realtor and co-owner of Sauls Storage Group. He is a LaGrange College Accountancy graduate and has been active in the self-storage industry for 14 years.
Luke’s area of expertise is developing long-term relationships via ongoing communication with self-storage facility owners across Georgia. He enjoys guiding them in selling their facilities, maximizing their value and increasing their return on investment. Luke knows the Georgia market thoroughly and specializes in underwriting facilities and providing Broker Opinion of Values.
Mike Patterson, CCIM
Mike, a CCIM designee since 2004 and the founder of Commercial Realty Services of West Georgia in 2006, offers a broad spectrum of service and experience for commercial investment real estate. He enjoys helping people reach their goals and best position themselves for success.
A veteran, Mike retired from the United States Army Reserve in 1994 with the rank of Major. He served a total of 22 years in the Guard and Reserve, and held several command positions as an armor officer. Additionally, Mike’s extensive background in mechanical engineering uniquely qualifies him to serve the industrial and development real estate markets. He has been involved in self-storage brokerage since 2012.
Community involvement is very important to Mike. As a result, he has invested himself in several important organizations. He has been Chairman of the Board for The Blake House, a drug and alcohol rehab program, since 2012. He served six years on the Carrollton City Council, serves on the board of the West Metro Fellowship of Christian Athletes, has been a member of the West Georgia Military Officers Association of America since 1991, and serves as president of the Carroll County Sertoma (Service to Mankind) Club through 2022.
Mike’s faith is paramount to him, as well, and he was an elder for five years at First Christian Church in Carrollton, GA. After a two-week mission trip to India in 2004, Mike continues to support the South India Christian Missions.
Veronica lee, MBA
Veronica Lee enjoys helping clients purchase and sell commercial properties. With a focus on self-storage, she strives to always develop and increase relationships with her investors and clients.
Veronica has years of personal experience in the storage industry. Her family owned and operated a self-storage facility for 12 years and involved her in the daily management operations. With this hands-on experience, Veronica is able to understand her buyers and sellers on a deeper level. Growing up in this ever-evolving atmosphere gave her the desire to enter the real estate field with a specialty in self-storage.
Veronica, a licensed realtor in Georgia and South Carolina, is a graduate of the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration Real Estate Degree and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
With her practical commercial real estate experience in addition to her education, she is poised to offer the best possible experience for those looking to sell or invest in the self-storage market.

Denice Hicks
Denice Hicks has been with our team since 2020. Her responsibilities include office management, commercial property management, storage operations and revenue management. Denice handles the overall coordination of a broad range of duties that allow our organization to operate efficiently. She enjoys all aspects of the storage industry and is passionate about creating up-to-date processes to keep things running smoothly.
Denice is a married mother of five children and 14 grandchildren and is always ready to celebrate those she cares about.

Lesly Menchaca
The newest member of the Sauls Storage Group team, Lesly Menchaca, joined the team as a marketing manager in 2022. Her focus is managing marketing materials, social media, and the company database.
Lesly graduated from the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Prior to joining the team, Lesly worked as a regional director assistant and is a former small business owner.
Her ultimate passion is bringing creativity and great attention to detail to the company. Lesly is thrilled to apply her knowledge and expertise to the team and help bring Sauls Storage Group to the next level.
